Hey there! This is the biggest challenge of MBA applications, and it is why applications are so difficult (especially for foreign applicants) to write. It is through YOUR ESSAYS where you will have your chance to walk the admissions folks through your work experience. Yes, your Letter of Recommendation plan seems just fine—ideally, you will want the recommendation of your direct supervisor, but sometimes it isn’t possible. And while you don’t need to submit a labor contract or proof of income, if you are applying for loans they will ask to see your bank statements for sure. And all schools do a thorough background check of their admitted students—they hire a company (Kroll) to look into everyone’s backgrounds, and to make sure that nobody has told any lies.
