这是the+adj表一类人似乎不是集合名词吧
不过你这一说让我想起了那道议会的题呢

是啊，那道题斑斑还没有给结论呐
我就是因为那题纠结半天选不出来就故意在下面翻毛腔的
所以刚才看到这题印象深刻马上意识到哦
the+adj.严格来说其实不算集合名词啦，呵呵
