查過帖子還是不明白og解釋說的 to require不好的原因
以下是B和E比較翻成中文同樣都是法律要求...

to require 和 requiring 语法上讲都不错，但是用法会导致句子的意思有细微的差别。law requiring..... 是指这个法律的内容是要求 turtle-excluder devices 放入 shrimp nets ，而 law to require 是指这个法律的目的是 turtle-excluder devices 放入 shrimp nets ，可这个与题目原意不符，law 制定的目的是去 protect adult sea turtles。所以用requiring 表示法律的实质内容更精准些。不知道楼主这样理解了没？
