2. D选项中的 to form和 to lay 是平行的， 但是OG的解释中提到"The phrases to form and to lay in the second clause are parallel to to build in the first clause. " 我个人觉得后两个"to do"和前面的"to build"并不平行啊，请问NN应该如何理解OG的这个解释呢？

不过对第二点我还是有疑问：to build是前面一句中用来修饰several ways的不定式。but后面的两个不定式则是the most extensively used method的表语，所以只有后面两个不定式平行。我是这么想的，不知道这么想对吗？
