答案是D。我怎么看不出是省略结构呢？为什么答案上说A是(A) Abigail Adams or Dolly Madison ever had been结构中,had been省略结构无法还原,也就是说 had been无法承接she shattered进行省略

发贴才3小时呀，不急不急。。。

题意中有比较Roosevelt 和另外两个人的audacity，看平衡结构。前半句没有甚么可以match "had been"

这里不应该用HAD BEEN，可以选择删除BEEN或者加DONE。 HAD been 无法与前面形成平衡结构啊。
