I think to take your side does not mean to merely choose from the given sides mentioned in the issue. Your side can be negative, positive or neutral, etc. If we compare the attitudes to the issue to a number axis, the assertions made by the issus on GMAT often appear on the very two ends of the axis, one standing for pure pro while the other standing for pure con. In the beginning part, tell the reader where your attitude locate on the axis. It can fall on any point in the axis and not falling on the very two ends does not mean your point is lingering or vague. |
