prep里面的一个对比问题

答案是C。解说里面说原句要表达的是不同妇女不同情况下的satisfaction对比。

但是我想不明白的是，more than 句型修饰的是satisfaction，那么不就是satisfaction和后面的women进行对比了？

否则应该怎么理解呢？

请教请教！！！！！！
