关于这道题，我是这样想的，想和大家讨论一下：

OA：B A多了were，CDE改变了句意，时态也不对
关于B：of up to 600 rooms each修饰的是scale， connected修饰的是structures
而不是语法笔记里的"of , connected 都修饰structures."
不知道我是不是理解错了，恳请大家指正~~

但是问什么要有逗号呢？从语义上来说，还是觉得 scale of 600 each 合适？

当初做题跟楼主想的一样哇，个人认为确实是有scale of 这种结构，现在在这个句子里面认为, of , 这部分算是插入语，对于structure的解释。。个人愚见

我觉得这里是典型的“with+ 过去分词” 的独立主格结构, 即 with... connected...

with more than 75 carefully engineered structures, of up to 600 rooms each, connected by a complex regional system of roads.

of up to 600 rooms each, 只是一个插入修饰

语义上看也比较通顺，75块结构被连接
