请教PREP一道关于as...as的题

答案是E

as...as...前后不是应该对应吗，比如用as for... as for...来对比原因，上题为什么不选B，而把well known放在as...as里面？跪求指导

只看平行的话B没问题，但是个人觉得不idiomatic

首先，for 后面直接跟名词就可以，for having就罗嗦了，就好像as being a human being一样，as a human being更简洁。

其次，B 里面much表示程度修饰well known不好，就像不能说 he is much well known 一样，well known本身就表示程度，直接放在as...as..中间就可以了。欢迎讨论

不好意思，我有不同看法哦：
B选项：两个"for"后面的结构不平衡啊，并不是有两个“for”就平行了。E选项中两个For后面都是跟的名词结构。

个人认为如果把B选项两个"for"后面的结构修正平衡，意思表达甚至比E还清楚些。

(D) as well known for having an eccentric personality as having skillfully rendered popular public figures in wax==>这个平行的：as ~~well known for~~ doing sth....as doing sth.
