date 不能用when修饰吗？PREP 08解释里是这么说的：A.关系代词用when和at which都是可以的；此选项表达的意思是A fact is known at the earliest date，逻辑含义错误。
我没有看懂这句解释的意思。。。为嘛逻辑含义错误啊？

There is no BBBig difference between" when" and " at which", here we have a word " date", "at which" is better than"when", but it is not the main problem.

the main problem is same in A and B
if we use "at which"----at which it is known that humans made... convert the sentence , it will be " It is known that humans made...at the earliest date" means “A fact ( humans made.....) is known at the earliest date. no senseeeee. Can this sentence to modify”the earliest date"? Nooooo

C：the "at which" is followed by a clause which describes the actual action that took place at that date. right.
