这道题，A选项SVO and SVO可以接受吗？以前老师说过，这种用法是必错的。还是因为在从句当中，所以可以？

首先这里and是在although的内部，句意表达的是although...and although... 这样的表达是可以的
根据OG中，两个独立主谓的句子用and连接也是可以的，但是and之前必须要加逗号...
