Though the price of house increase dramatically these days in China, creating more and more millionaires who store several even hundred units of house .Under this special atmosphere in China, many corporations have turned into the real estate industry, giving up their original industry. The reason is so obvious that every citizen who is capable of buying one more housing tends to store more housings, not for living, but for investing. But on the opposite, if I have enough money to purchase either a house or a business, I would like to choose the business.In the following, I will list the details.
First of all, my abilities, including negociation ability, communication ability, operation ability and so on, will be improved under the pressure of operating a business. If I have my own business, I will tend to contemplate as a leader, thinking in all the aspects and ensuring all the apartmens in my corporation run smoothly. If unfortunately my business is in trouble, I will try my best to solve the problem and save the business, in this process, my potentials will be trigered, this is also a special way for myself to improve.
What is more, a business can be benificial more to the public and sociaty than a house can. Take a middle-scaled consuming products company for example, this kind of company can create more than 100 job oppotunities a year for the public. Also, this company can provide the consuming products for more than 10 thousands people at a reasonable price, making the lifes of public more convinient.
What is the most important, to be honest, I would like to be more rich through either the investment of a house or the investment of a business, then which is the more safe and ever-lasting way? No doubt, the later one is the right choice. The marketing of real estate is so unstable that it will collapse at any time. Companied the collapse, the value of the house will decrease dramatically, this process is out of our controll. On the opposit, if I own a business, under the good management of the business, I can create fortune at a lasting speed.
Above all, I prefer to purchase a businees instead of a house if I have enought money. |
