我觉得你的理解没错啊.不过我不愿意称之为精确/模糊指代，而更愿意称之为: 具体/通用指代。具体指的是具体某一个事物用it/they, 通用指的是同一个名词但适用于不同的个体事物，用that/those,他们指代的名词如，rate of increase 等。 具体看一下你的例子。
正确选项：
