我有两个疑问：1.with是一般最好不用么，能否在帮我解释一下D.E的错误在哪里
2.after having fallen 这种说法错么？ OG上未提到

我觉得B应该是正确的。WHICH 充当补语从句。因为是以对一段时间the first three months 的PROFIT增加的情况说明，所以这里建议用过去完成时。
WITH的用法，一般情况是做伴随状语。这里不合适。另外时态也不合适。
