14、E：不管它是；D：就像；

D中“sth does, like sth2,”这种结构是不对的，此处的介词语意上修饰sth，它应该紧跟在sth后面，而且不用逗号；另外，从句意上也不对。

18、恰恰相反，percent，rate 等是高低 / 而不是多少；你自己也说了“percent较高”！数量number才是多少。
