A是正确答案但是A中的 those resources 中的those 指代什么呢？题目中都是用的its resources啊！！！
我认为C是正确答案。因为C中的its 指代的就是society吧请高人指点一下这题的思路。

不好意思，那个C中我掉了rights 就是说 C应该是 and defined rights and obligations as........恩 those 是那些的的意思但是是指哪些呢前面题目中说的是 its resources 啊？
