关于darden essay 2

1.Please discuss how a global event that has taken place in the past two years has impacted the way you think about leadership broadly and personally. (500 words)

这个题目感觉好奇怪哦，global event很容易就引出对自己行业的理解，引出CG，可是题目又偏偏要你写对leadership的thinking。该怎么往上套呢？

我写的时候是这样的思路

在一个global event中，各方是如何应对它的影响的，如何反应的，采取什么样的措施，这些应对方式都会体现出leadership。你从中得到什么样的启发。

比如说，在BP石油污染的事件中，美国政府最开始把过多的精力用在追究责任上，而不是用在处理问题上，从而延误了污染处理。那一个领导者在处理危机时应该如何做呢。

every year, Darden's essay topics are unique and special. Actually, when you write this one, you should talk about a story that is connect with your work experience. How does a global event impact your work and your thinking about a good business leader?

For example, if you work in finance industry, you can talk about economic crisis. What does the depression impact your project? How did you lead your team handle the obstacle? Or you are not a team leader, just imagine if you are the boss of your company what should you do. The most important thing is that your thinking should be related to your career.

我觉得career goal 不是这个问题的重点，但然如果你能自然的联系到career goal也很好。申请系统里专门有问题问career goal
