关于campus visit

下周想去哥大campus visit

请教一些问题：
首先dress code是什么要不要business formal
要准备什么材料除了简历还要带什么？
请问有经验的人有什么建议？事先要不要和学校ad office联系还是直接去就好？

穿正式点没错的，最好先和学校的人联系安排好，这样有人专门接待答疑，哈哈~~

我去过哥大的campus visit，dress code是business casual，看见有人穿suit也不奇怪，很多都是下班过来听的。
campus visit无须预定，直接walk-in，基本过去什么都不需要带，除非你有面试。
他们不会带你去参观校园阿，教室什么的，直接就是一个人在一个大教室给你讲ppt介绍mba，一个supervisor在台后负责回答问题。大概一个小时，ppt介绍结束后是q&a。

Hey there! Happy to offer up some advice here. You should not dress in business formal—you should however be very presetable. So we suggest that men wear a jacket but no tie. No need to overdo it, you will not make the wrong impression. Other than a tie however, a suit is very appropriate. You should also reach out to the admissions people, and let them know that you will be stopping by. Ask them if it would be okay for you to pop your head in, and introduce yourself. After all, you are coming a long way. They will likely agree to see you—at that point, you should be prepared to talk about your impressions and experiences at CBS especially. Ideally by that time, you will have sat through a class, met some people, etc. it will be informal, but be prepared to explain why CBS. Hope this helps—good luck to you my friend!

我会强烈建议去旁听下CBS里最热门的课，感受下那里的气氛和老师的风格。这个也很重要~ 从上课也能感觉出这个学校是否适合自己，同学的讨论、老师的讲解，都能有收获。
