All 3 are good schools, but neither is known for world class PE. If you are really interested in PE, why don't you apply to a traditional PE/finance school?

Why PE will get you ding'ed from all 3 especially if you are not coming from PE.
UCLA - I don't know much... media seems strong. Yale - pretty much have to write a social / community / non profit kind of theme. Ross is quite strong in consulting and IBD (but not PE).
