whether or not错了语意重复应该就whether

哇, 题目发了几遍, 看得头晕目眩的.

Researchers agreed that the study of new treatments for heart attack patients was extremely important but more research was needed to determine that balloon angioplasty preceded with ultrasound was or was not any better for heart attack patients than the balloon procedure by itself.

The researchers agreed with two things, namely "that the study..." and "that more research was needed..." When making two paralleled subordinate clauses, both sentence need to begin with the same word, namely "that" in this case.

A) and B) are wrong because we need "that" after "...important but" to make two elements "that the study..." and "that more research was needed..." that "researchers agreed" paralleled.

只知道preceded by是可以的~with不行~其他同问~~
特别是为什么答案的C选项是is any better，现在时？？

因为还要更多的research才知道ultrasound是否更适合心脏病人。所以要用is any better
