if you have green card or Citizenship, US government will lend you loans

if you are international students, it all depends. if you have relatives in US, they can sponsore you for a private loan. many top 20 MBA program allows you to borrow private loan without sponsoreship

if you are international stduent, have no relatives in US and not going to a famous school. Well, it is almost impossible to get a loan in US. Check your local Chinese bank, they may help
