刚刚和面完在skype上电话interview，某个director。

why mba?
why johnson?
Other school applying to?considerations?
My contribution to the program?
After mba, what do you see yourself, where are you going?
针对resume提了几个问题，也是adcom committee 关心的问题，也是我想和adcom说的几点。
如：Why university major?
Why the industry?
Why the location?
针对我现在的生活提了一些问题，比较有意思的回答了，她也比较惊奇。
如： what surprised you in ur current job?
How co-workers describe you?
Three bullets you want me to report to admission committee about you?
Questions?

没有比较难的问题，谈得比较开心，像和老奶奶交流,很nice，每个问题回答完，她都说perfect.

问题都体现出了学校对申请者的关心，都是很有针对性的问题，面试完大家都很高兴。

个人感觉很开心，效果怎么样要看21号录取，她说大概20号可能会公布，是个招办领导。

怎么选时间，可以选晚点儿么？因为没有准备好。你申请的是第几轮？我是11月份那轮，才刚给的通知。电话面试用webcamera么，声音听得清楚么? 谢谢，希望你成功！

我申请的是R1，就是一般的电话面试，和他们约好面试时间，然后打电话过去就可以了。只不过我用skype打过去罢了。
不用紧张，问题都不难的。
