Ross网站上下载了一个application instruction，上面写道
“if you attended a university outside of the United States, Ross requires one copy of both your academic record and the diploma or other document indicating the date and conferral of your degree. To expedite the processing of your application, you are required to submit an electronic image of your educational documents via our online application ......” 应该是暂时交扫描的，录取后需要将原件交给第三方机构
