这道题的答案是A，我选的是B。
我理解的这道题的意思是：这个广泛接受的大爆炸的理论持有的观点是这个宇宙始源与一个瞬间的爆炸在10到20billion年之前然后从此以后一直在扩大。

A和B的区别主要在于时态的不同，前者是一般过去时后者是过去完成和进行时。它的解释是对于真理之类的应该用一般时，但是我觉得在意思上来说B选项的时态也有道理。

求各位大大帮忙解释一下~~~~很感谢!!
