B. a form of ownership 容易造成歧义是land的同位语，且respected做被动无谓语，做过去分词表修饰前面不应该有and，离修饰对象ownership也太远
C. 乱类似B
D. 限制性定语从句还原为a pre-Columbian form of ownership was respected by the Spaniards in land. 改变原有句意
E. 从句主语易错当成land, 实际应是commual ownership of land
