comma后面的是一个modifier应该没有问题，在GMAT里常见的就是comma+Ving这个modifier的两种用法；所以在这里我大胆猜测，comma+to do这个结构修饰前面整句话，表目的，哈哈

我也觉得它应该是表目的。但只是不定式表结果的时候常用逗号隔开，表目的的时候一般不用逗号隔开。

我觉得恰恰是因为这个modifier太长了，所以才隔开，如果连起来，worth reading to appreciate 就有点unidiomatic的感觉，你觉得呢

而且我再次研究了一下不定式作目的，发现在主语都是人，这里不定式主语也不是人啊，所以读起来还是很别扭
