The use of graviry waves, which do not interact with matter (in the way electromagnetic waves do , hopefully will enable) astronomers to study the actual formation of black holes and neutron stars.

答案是in the way electromagnetic waves do, will, it is hoped, enable

不明白 hopefully 为什么不对？答案不很罗嗦么
