【求助】关于代词先行词定位的问题

大家好，我想问下有没代词先行词定位相关的总结帖子，在做题的时候我总是搞不清什么时候it, which, that的指代是明确的，什么时候不确定。看og解释的时候一会说has no referent，一会说refer错误，一会又说指代清楚。比如下面这道题：

From the earliest days of the tribe, kinship determined the way in which the Ojibwa society origanized its labor, provided access to its resources, ( and defined rights and oligations involved in the distribution and consumption of those resources.)

答案c：and defined rights and obligations as they were involved in its distribution and consumption.

正确答案就是原文的（A），但C答案的解释说，其中its, has no clear referent。我比较疑惑，为什么这里的its就不能指向society，而原文里有个its，就可以？

未划线部分的its指的是Ojibwa society ‘s
而C中的its貌似是想说resources，可是数也不对，这样指代当然不行，而且同一个its指代的应该是一回事。

你说的原文中的its当然是指代society的啊，因为the ojibwa society organized its laor, provided access to its resources...这里两个its都是the ojibwa society's......
至于你说的C选项，这里的its的确是指代不明。

其实我的问题就是，为什么划线部分的its在这指代不明，是位置还是什么因素

因为its在介词短语中，有修饰整个主句歧义，因此有指代kinship的嫌疑。

原文中its指Ojibwa society，如果后面出现its必须指的是同一个东西，C中its distribution and consumption指resources
单复数不一致，还有指代不清。
