解释上说D中It is not clear what connection is being
described by with，with不是就近修饰的profits吗？

没有逗号隔开的with，修饰最近的那个词。
有逗号隔开的，如名词，with...,谓词。。。则with修饰名词。
若果在句尾，则有歧义！
