求教OG12-39，so as to后面的主语

弱弱地来问下，第一次发贴提问，不足之处请各位大虾指出，谢谢。
39 In 1527 King Henry VII sought to have his marriage to Queen Catherine annulled so as to marry Anne Boleyn.
A so as to marry
B and so could be married to
C t be married to
D so that he could marry
E in order that he would marry
OG 对A的解释是so as to 后面的主语不清，但是so as to 后面的主语不是应该就是句子的逻辑主语嘛。还有对E的解释是the conditional "would marry" is incorrect, 这是什么意思额?
若问题太蠢不要拍，求详解，大榭！

表目的，so as to 后面不用加主语

没什么可纠结的吧，退一步想就跟着OG的解释走好了，人家说了，这就是习惯用法，就这么说。
