答案选D，我选B，是因为我觉得B、D相比较，D的indicating不会造成修饰的歧义吗？是findings indicating 还是conference indicating 呢？findings不是介宾短语出现的吗，如果理解成修饰成分核心词是conference啊

indicating紧跟findings, 中间没有逗号, 限定性修饰findings, 不会修饰conference, 如果有逗号那修饰就很模糊了
