大全539 关于不定式做宾补的问题

比较了半天选了B，我知道the right of sb to do 是固定用法，但问题是

sb do sth to do sth 有一个to do 的逻辑主语问题，选D是否存在society 和the state不知谁做to execute 的逻辑主语的问题，而该用that从句避免了此问题，所以我选了B。

不知我错在那里？

另外对于sb do sth to sth 和sb do sth that --- 一直不能很好区分使用，请NN们详解一下，谢谢了

我个人意见,这题关键不在sb do sth to sth 和sb do sth that 的区分,而是A,B,C里的that从句是限制性定语从句,错误地修饰了state了而非right了.

而sb do sth to sth 和sb do sth that..两者都有正确例句可找到.

that 修饰state没错啊，从逻辑上讲excute的施动者也应该是state 而不是right 啊

我的问题是用从句肯定要比用不定式短语更准确，但是繁琐，所以什么时候用从句什么时候用不定式短语就应该有个
