為什麼答案是a不是e呢?

我覺得a好像沒有動詞耶~e的話有且establishing是由分詞代替連接詞的and很好呀~

不懂~有人可以告訴我嗎?謝謝~

the act of Congress made 。。。also establishing是不平行的；A动词就是established

為什麼會不平衡呢~如果原句是這樣的話"the act of..........and the act of ...established"把and

去掉和把the act of..主詞去掉established 因為是主動所以加ing這樣也就平衡了呀~

而a的話因為主詞是the act但他後面借了一串的子句卻而後面,also established 我覺得also前面有逗點怪怪的~可以給我一個詳解嗎~因為我思考不出來這題的思路~謝謝

了解了~因為逗點太多~看到有點亂~那是不是用分詞結構來代替連接詞前面不可有任

何的副詞來修飾呢???

還是我有另一種看法~因為分詞結構要用前面有逗點例如.......,Ving......答案e選項的also前面

的逗點包含(,washiton,DC,)這個插入句~所以整體的結構不可以去形成分詞構句不知道可不

可以用這樣來解釋~大家提供點意見吧~謝謝
