这题为啥不选E？

这题选B的话，E为何不可以？是否those 和that使用上的不同造成的呢？感谢回答！

E中，while 后面用的是被动语态，不优。看og 一般都能不使用被动语态都不使用，所以两者相比较，还是B选项好

应该是指代问题，that和those应该都是指代costs，costs是复数，so.......你懂的

2.被动语态不如主动语态有效
3.单复数指代错误
