答案是ABut后面的主句子结构看不懂，主语是气象学家，谓语是指出，可是宾语是什么啊？and 前后好像不对称的啊。怎么选出A呢？

第一个括号里的部分是前面 the most obbious effects的同位语，意思是说最明显的哪些效应，同时也是对人类影响最大的效应
