“that humans are know"不能单独的看， known to 为谁所知，比如he is known to policeman, for being a famous criminal.

这里的意思应该是要选be known for 因...而出名吧

按照你的意思，让我想起了倒装bring A to B = bring B A

这里换成了A= be known to， B= human
实际顺序应该是 XXX are known to humans....

这样你觉得如何？

而且that are know to human 这个that从句没有主语了。。

是不是可以理解成 humans are known to have forced plant and animal species to extinction
that后跟定语从句先行词plant and animal species 做后边从句的宾语
