我觉得这一道主要考的是promise的用法，promise to sb to do sth,所以A和B中选一个，因为VERB由于抽象名词，所以选A

但我有个问题就是如果后面跟的是by doing sth,那就表示是主语发出的这个动作，也就是attorney，那不是就意思不对了嘛。。。
