1. 除了since..so的硬伤，进行时态也不如一般过去时好，没有需要进行时的语境。

2. “each aroof ...”应该是独立主格表补充，省去be动词。参考例句“The man lay there, his hands trembling."

3. 排除法选C，同问in dealing...
