求选校定位PhD in Management～please help~!!

Profile:

1. M.S. Technology Management from U.S. GPA 3.7
B.A. English Education from China GPA 3.2
2. GMAT 650+6.0
3. Research assistant for a year during M.S. (none corporate working experiences)
4. Publications are all in Chinese (none US journals): one co-editor book and 3 papers. 5. LoR: one from former department dean; one from Chinese professor; one from my RA boss

Research interests: cross-cultural management studies, or clean energy industry development.

2. BA in English demonstrates your verbal skills. But you may need to indicate stronger quantitative skills to the admission committee.
3. Your GMAT is way too low for top 50 schools, but your AWA score is impressive (I admire you).
4. Publication in Chinese usually do not count, unless you have an academic network with a Chinese professor in U.S.

I would recommend you to translate your Chinese submissions into English working papers and retake GMAT if possible. You may have a chance for top 40-50 if you also get strong recommendation letters, at least I think.

you can read Journal of Cross-Cultural Psychology and find where the professors are from.
