然而，这种解释是错的，share the same...的例子很多，请见我给自己的第一封回复。

言归正传，我来说说B选项为什么错。从语法上看，B选项是对的。

但是，B选项扭曲了原文的意思。

试想，sb.X doesn't share the same thing with sb.Y，意思是某人X不(愿)与某人Y分享某同一事物 

    而    sb.X doesn't  have the same thing  as   sb.Y，意思是某人X没有与某人Y相同的东西

前者虽然可以像后者那样被翻译得很客观，但也可以被理解为带有主观色彩——大家仔细体会下二者的差别吧。

记住：A share the same... with B 一定是正确的用法！

The statement above by LZ is wrong. “Share something with sb."  in English can mean 自愿与别人分享， it can also mean 与别人拥有某共同特征。

B is the correct choice.
