Q: A中蓝色部分，传说中的夹心饼，不会有歧义吗？难道因为后面的谓语是be动词所以不会有向后做状语的尴尬？

不会的，划线部分就一个句子，中间是插入语，可以理解为非限制性定语。
夹心的话，要对两个句子而言。例如，对于前面句子，做伴随结果；对于后面句子，做修饰状语，才能产生歧义。
