These are great schools for sure-- After you take GMAT, you can usually tell if you will get into the program based on the GMAT score. That is, if your GMAT is within the median range of that school, you will likely get into the program. From your list, the best schools are Brandies, Bentley, CUNY, and Clemson. All these are LARGE schools, which will offer you many resources during school and afterwards. The other schools are more local, and will have less to offer you in terms of resources and networking opportunities.
In terms of your GPA, you can likely get through that hurdle--but you will need to explain these grades in your application somewhere. You will need to explain why this happened, and why you are so sure that it would not happen at business school. If you can do that, you will be just fine in your applications. Good luck!
