先不回答楼上问题哈。第二题选E吧？processes that are natural，不如直接用natural processes简洁啊。而且E后面的并列结构也对。

再说关于省略不省略的浅见。欢迎拍砖啊
第一个be vulnerable to， to是介词，后面接名词，to N1 and/or to N2,不能省略。
第二个题，to N1 such as blablabla, as well as to N2，还是不能省略，be vulnerable to，所以我觉得E对。C不如E.
第三个题，首先这里是伴随不是目的，所以doing比to do好，而且就算是用to do不定式表示目的，两个也都应该是目的，都把to搞出来比较清楚。所以尽量不要省略。
至于省略，我觉得，to do是不定式的时候可以省，动词+to do1, do2, and do3是可以省略第二个第三个to的。to do1, and to do2也是对的。
比如说decide to laugh, to sing and to dance, 和decide to laugh, sing and dance 功能是一样的。
