in which应该是等于where ````指代cuts and sprains

A不对的，
第一：
with widespread swelling and stiffness immobilizing the injured area until it heals这里面with短语和until从句放一起有问题。
第二：
and resulting应该改成and results

D中的in which就近指代cuts and sprains，没什么问题，也符合比较结构（unlike）。
