请问这里的it是指代什么，Paris吗？感觉意思不通。如果it是place holder，那这句话就是To be an expatrate was fashionable,感觉也不通。

#52，我觉得是placeholder it，就是指代不定式作形式主语

#114 楼主问的是第一个with还是答案中的with啊，下次要么直接贴正确的句子要么直接贴所有选项嘛。如果是with the animal 这里的with就是with独立主格做状语，表伴随，主句和with表示的是同一件事的两种情况，with表示的是过度补偿的情况，对主句做个补充说明吧。

#126 代词指代没有那么强调临近原则，当然大多数这个是正确的，但是有的时候也允许跳过修饰。这里有好几个that啊，楼主下次可以高亮标出来。因为从后面的谓语可以判断create是复数，所以暗示that指代的是reactions，而且that是核心词指代，这里的核心词肯定就是reactions而不会是individual吧。根据后面的句意来看。
