我把c代进去，但是没办法明白整个句子的意思和结构。althought。。，which。。。， 主句呢？

这5个选项读起来感觉都怪怪的。

但是本人觉得一般有什么DESPITE/EVEN THOUTH/WHILE/ALTHOUGH这几个词的，一般都选although
