1weather 和if 在本句中有什么具体区别

2but also whether conflicts results 中 conflicts results 两个词为什么都有S，各是什么词性？

表示是否时，只能用whether，if容易造成歧义。

关于那个两个加了s的词大家ms也是有争议的~但是总体来说A比较象答案~
