E当中 translating the Illiad, a work that 在这里a work 只能做 Illiad的同位语以此改变了愿意
原句想表达的意思是翻译工作took him seven years to complete 而不是他写illiad花了7年

B当中 a work 做了 traslation的同位语（A of B，同位语结构当中同位语可以修饰A也可以修饰B 句意决定）
然后 a work 后市平行结构 a work that…… and that……
