我想问的是E错在哪里？还有intended 修饰的是fund吗？intend为什么要加ed呢？额。。。我语法水平比较差~~希望大家多指教啊~~谢谢！！！

选e的话那个they就指代不明了。fund that they ,they到底指什么呢。
intended 修饰的alaska。sb is intended to do sth这个用法。
