答案是B，可是这个选项里or后面的to是可以省略的么？

A. supply being disrupted 就成了被中断的供应，而不是供应中断。这就不如B，supply disruption

C. supply that are disrupted 用从句表示的是具体时间下的具体状态，语境不合适
